The Swedish Staff has just discovered that the latest version of Adobe Shockwave Player, version 11, that you use to open the hotel has got problems with Windows Operativesystem, it will not work to enter the hotel if you got special letters in your accountname on Windows, for instance ?•, ?§ and ??. This problem makes you unable to enter the hotel.
Adobe are in show with attending to the faults, although at intervals there's a trick that can help you escape from this problem. This is what to do:
Notice: If the computer doesn't belong to you, you must have authorization from the owner of the computer (for instance, your parents) so you can edit the adjustments and open a new account. It might help you by opening a new account on the computer if you haven't done it before.
1. Press "Start"
2. Press on "Control panel"
3. Press on "Account"
4. Press to open a new account
5. Follow the installationguide, which opens automaticlly
6. When you choose a name for your new account, make sure you only use letters between A-Z. Don't use letters like: ?•, ?§, ??, ?ª, ?©,
?†.
7. Save your new account When you from now on is logged into the computer with your new account, you'll be able to use Habbo as usual. If you've followed to above written instructions then everything should work as it should be.
You don't need to change your Habbo-name or your password - ony on the account you login with on the computer!
